Contemporary Terrace with Zen factor

Before we proceed further here to get updates on my blogs.
As we have already discussed that we had to create a space that gives the RaMa family a place to have a family time, organise their plants, accommodate garden accessories storage and ensure their privacy. We have ticked all their requirements worked on all details and here we go with the first photo of the space.
You can see below how beautiful the combination of wooden flooring and artificial grass turf looks.
The segregation in flooring helps us to divide the space in different zones. One with wooden tile has fixed seating and kind of space to sit with friends and have evening dinner. The one with grass turf gives a feel of the garden and one wants to sit down there, read a book and have me time!!
The requirement of storage is fulfilled by planning ample of storage below the seating.
Accessories are the heart of any space. We created focal point through the same. We have used accessories and color blocking on two adjacent walls so that the space looks cohesive and adds interest to the overall space. Sometime back I have shared some ideas to spruce up you walls, color blocking wall was one of the ideas and here we have implemented the same.
Now some glimpses of how we managed to organize planters. As the clients were plant lovers they did not want to have second thought to have n number of plants but also they want proper organization so as to make area look clutter free. We respected there wish and provided with options of customized wall and floor planters to keep the area clutter free.
The issue of privacy have been addressed by providing false ceiling which is weatherproof and can sustain extreme climatic condition. Yon see the same in the below pic. We made sure that the issue of privacy is resolved and at the same time it does not give a closed feeling for this beautiful open space.
And now the Zen factor in this contemporary terrace which was the starting point of the whole design concept.
With proper Lighting design we were able to achieve the perfect night view highlighting the key elements. Needless to say we have also shifted the electrical points as per requirement.
